Growing up in a large family meal time was always a focal point especially for gatherings and social events. Dinner times are always special and is an important part of our culture. I wish to continue on with my culinary heritage. Now my love for exotic cuisines has spread outside the borders of the spicy sub-continent to the aromatic flavours of the Middle east and Mediterranean.
